After School Karate Program

Our After School Karate Program is NOT a babysitting service. It is a structured, encouraging and fun program designed to help our young students develop discipline and respect in all aspects of their lives.

Lugo’s Martial Arts & Wellness’ after school karate program is located in Odessa in Northwest Tampa and is designed for Kids 5-12 years of age. The students are continually supervised and required to spend time doing homework.

We also incorporate games and training activities to help the students attain:

Leadership skills
Self confidence
Teamwork
Goal setting
Concentration

Discipline
Courtesy
Mental & Physical Strength
Self Defense skills
Anti-bullying workshops

We offer free transportation from the following schools in the Odessa and Northwest Tampa area:

Hammond Elementary
Northwest Elementary
Citrus Park Elementary
Deerpark Elementary
Bryant Elementary

Claywell Elementary
WestChase Elementary
Avant Garde Elementary
Walker Middle School

The After School Karate Program is available 5 days per week with pick up by 6pm.
