Mondays

6:00am  – 8:00am : KICKFIT  (KICKFIT is 30 to 45 minutes, jump in and jump out of class to fit your schedule)

2:30pm – 5:15 pm : After School Karate

5:15pm – 6:00pm : Basic Kids Training

6:00pm – 6:45pm : KICKFIT   (KICKFIT is 30 to 45 minutes, jump in and jump out of class to fit your schedule)

7:00pm-8:15pm: Adult Karate Training


Tuesdays

6:00am – 7:30am : Executive Combat

2:30pm – 5:15 pm : After School Karate

5:15pm – 6:00 : Basic Kids Training

6:00pm – 7:30pm : KICKFIT  (KICKFIT is 30 to 45 minutes, jump in and jump out of class to fit your schedule)

 


Wednesdays
